Our 14 day "no quibbles" guarantee

Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item, less our cost of shipping and packaging. Please note: we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

How to Return an Item

Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item, less shipping and packaging. Please note: We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently:

  1. Repackage the item and send it back to our main address (as below) for the attention of the Returns Department
  2. Enclose a note stating your name, order number, and the reason for requesting a return.
  3. Please state whether you would like the goods replaced with the same or similar or to receive a refund
  4. If the item is broken, please be prepared to describe its fault in full detail.
  5. We recommend you use first or second class recorded delivery at the post office (enables you to track the item) or use parcelforce for heavier items.
  6. In accordance with our terms and conditions, the cost of postage will not be refunded unless the goods are faulty.
  7. Please then package the item in its original packaging, including any manuals, warranty cards, licenses and accessories, and send your package to the address below:

Credit

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.

Prices are displayed in either GBP or Euros, checkout and credit card payments are always performed in GBP, your credit card will show "Holdall.co.uk"

What is your pricing policy?

We endeavor to offer keen pricing.
We regularly monitor the marketplace to ensure that we are offering competitive pricing.
If you feel that we are failing to offer sufficiently competitive prices we would be happy to hear from you.

Can I receive my order if I am not at home?

All deliveries will be made according to the carrier's standard procedures. For standard delivery where the delivery can fit through a letter box, a signature should not be required. However packages which will not fit through your letter box may be taken back to the postal depot for collection. Please note that where a signature is required, orders cannot be sent to PO box addresses. Should you require clarification on what happens if no-one is available to receive the goods, and/or a signature is required, please contact the carrier direct.

How will my item be packaged

Wherever possible we will reuse packaging to help save our environment. In doing so, we always make sure that the safety of your order is paramount. Consequently your item may be shipped in brand new packaging or re-used packaging. The goods, however, are ALWAYS BRAND NEW.

Stock Availability

We do our best to keep most of our listed products in stock for fast delivery. However occasionally we need to re-stock or order items in specifically to meet demand, in which case there can be a further delay to delivery.

24 hours: if we have at least one of the item in stock, this is the estimated time it will take to pack it and prepare it for dispatch any other specific length of time (eg: 3-5 days): the item may be in stock but we may be waiting for a new delivery.

This is the estimated time it will take us to receive it from the supplier, pack it and prepare it for dispatch. We are sorry that we cannot guarantee these times, for a more accurate indication of timing, please call us when you place your order.

Standard UK Delivery

  • £3.95 for orders up to £20
  • £5.25 for orders £20 - £120
  • Some heavy goods are priced by weight on checkout, otherwise:

  • Standard delivery is 3-5 working days subject to stock levels and availability

Next weekday delivery - UK

  • £7.50 Available on stock items, to the UK only between
    Monday and Thursday on orders placed by midday.

Delivery to Other Locations

  • Channel Islands and Isle of Man: £7.50
  • Europe £10
  • USA £20
  • Other Locations £25
Large items may be inappropriate for overseas shipping. In these cases, we will advise you and refund your credit card as appropriate.


Customs

When ordering goods from Holdall for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country.

Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Additionally, please note that when ordering from Holdall, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

How long will it take?

Parcels are despatched using a 48 hour delivery service.

If you are not available to receive your parcel, then it may be collected from the courier's local depot.

Please note that deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland will take 2 days minimum.

All postage charges are not refundable, except in the case of faulty items that need to be exchanged

Redeeming your Holdall.co.uk gift certificate is easy. Just follow these simple steps:

Existing Customers

  2. Order each item you want and click on the "Add to Shopping Basket" button. When you have placed all your items in your basket click on "Proceed to Checkout"
  3. Enter your e-mail adders and password. When you reach the payment options page, select Gift certificate.
  4. If the items are of a higher value than the Gift Certificate you can choose an additional payment method.
  5. Once you have placed your order, we'll send you an e-mail confirming all the details and another when your items have been dispatched and are on their way.

New Customers

  3. When you have placed all your items in your basket click on "Proceed to Checkout"
  4. Enter your e-mail address and click on "I am a new customer",
  5. Enter the address you would like the items delivered to and click on the "Continue" button
  6. Select the delivery method and if you are ordering more than one item choose your delivery preference. Then scroll down to review your Order Summary before clicking on the "Continue" button
  7. Enter the gift certificate claim code on the order form and click on the "Continue" button
  8. If the items are of a higher value than the gift certificate you can choose an additional payment method. Any unused balance will be placed in your gift certificate account (please remember that you will be charged post and packing)
  9. You will then need to check your order is correct before clicking on the "Place your order" button
  10. Once you have placed your order, we'll send you an email confirming all the details and another when your items have been dispatched and are on their way

Conditions of Using Gift Certificates:

  • This gift certificate has a cash redemption value of 0.001p and is not transferable or assignable.
  • Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift certificate account.
  • If the order exceeds the amount of the gift certificate, the balance must be paid by credit or debit card.
  • Gift certificates and unused portions of gift certificates expire one year from the date of issue, where permissible under applicable law.
  • Gift certificates cannot be applied to orders already placed with us.
